Requesting a Transcript - Graduates
A request for a
transcript from the graduate or his/her parent must be provided with a written
signature due to the privacy law.
The graduate may
come in person, write a letter or fax a request. You may
E-mail a request
only if you can scan your written signature on the request.
The request must
include your name, year of graduation, address where the transcript should be
sent or faxed.
