APPLICATION INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS
Application Form
Information/Requirements
A. If the application cannot be typed,
your printing should be neat and legible.Applications will be reviewed by
a faculty committee or forwarded to the scholarship organization. Neatness
could influence their decision.
Do not retype this application.
The original form must be submitted.
B. Be sure
that all information requested on the form is accurate and complete. Incomplete applications will
not be considered.
C.
Financial information must be accurate as
many of the scholarships are based on need. Failure to complete that part of the application will remove you
from consideration for those scholarships.
D.
If you are not sure what tuition, board,
books or travel expenses are for your choice of
college, check with the school or
with guidance.
E. Many scholarships are based on specific
majors. Please indicate your intended major. If you are undecided, it will effect your chances of being
considered for a scholarship.
F.
The summary sheet
at the end of the scholarship application form
must be completed.
Applications without this completed form will not be accepted.
G.
All forms are due by
Wednesday,
April 4, 2008. Guidance will attach all
transcripts to the scholarship applications.
H.
This single
application form will make you eligible for the 31 school and community
scholarships over which the
school has jurisdiction.
