HOW DO YOU VISIT THE LIBRARY?
¨ You may come with your teacher for book selection during class time!
¨ You may come with your teacher to do research!
¨ You may come on your own during ninth period.
NINTH PERIOD DO’s
· You need to go straight to your homeroom from the bus and ask permission to get a
library pass for the library.
¨ If your teacher says “YES,” come to the library and get your pass.
¨ You will be allowed to choose one of four colored passes.
¨ Each one has a special time on it and you visit during that time.
¨ You may only sign up once a week and only for yourself.
¨ The passes are for LIBRARY BUSINESS ONLY!
¨ Check in at the circulation desk upon arrival to the library.
¨ Have your pass stamped with the time in and out.
NINTH PERIOD DON’T’s
¨ You don’t show up!
¨ You give your pass to someone else, who is NOT on our list!
¨ You don’t have a good reason to be in the library!
¨ You disturb others!
¨ You stay too long!
¨ You don’t follow the library rules!
¨ You are disrespectful of others!
¨ You don’t return library books properly and on time!
