  • College Fair

    The College Fair will be this Friday, April 20th, in the New Gym from 10:20 AM to 12:20 PM. Students are permitted to go during their lunches. We will not be distributing passes for this. Students may not miss a class to attend the College Fair. Families are welcome to attend the College Fair. Please park in the back of the High School in the parking lot across from the stadium behind the cafeteria. Please use the sidewalk to walk around and enter through the New Gym Lobby doors.

  • Stuff the Truck

    The West End Food Pantry is currently collecting canned goods, which includes tomato and chicken noodle soup, corn, peas, green beans, and carrots. The truck will be at PVHS on May 18th to collect the food.

  • School Climate Survey for PARENTS

    High School Parents, we want your input! In order to improve school climate at PVHS, we are asking that at least one family member of each of our students complete a 5-minute online survey that will give us some very important input. You may complete this survey from your home computer or at the high school library during any of our scheduled conference times this week. The deadline to complete the survey is November 30th.   • Graduation has been moved to Friday, June 15.  

    2018-2019 FBLA Officers Applications can be picked up in Ms. Hopely's room J-238 or downloaded on Google Classroom.

    PV Cheerleading Intramurals is open to all 8th thru 11th grade students interested in trying out for the 2018-19 Varsity/JV Cheerleading Season. Intramural time & place for all dates are 6:00pm-7:30pm at PVI School Gym.  The dates are 4/16, 4/18, 4/23, 4/25, 4/30, 5/2, 5/7, 5/9, 5/14, 5/16. Any questions contact Erin Hnat at Hnat.Erin@pvbears.org.

    The Bear Den will be open during all the PM Bear Periods.  Stop down to get a snack or PV travel mug & get free coffee or hot chocolate if you bring your PV mug to the AM cafe on the 23rd.

    Spring School forms are now available for pick up in the Guidance Office.  They must be filled out and returned with a check by Mon., April 30th.

    Any senior who has not ordered their cap and gown should pick up an order form in the main office.

    The library will be waiving fines for students who bring one of the requested items in for the West End Food Pantry.

    Shakey's Players will perform "Twelfth Night" this Friday & Saturday at 7pm and Sunday at 2pm in the New Auditorium.  Admission is free!

    Freshman Class will be holding a meeting on Mon., April 23 in J-103 until 3:15.

    Graphic Novel Society will host Game Con April 20 from 3-6pm in the cafe.

    Friday we will be hosting a College Fair in the new gym during lunches from 10:20am to 12:20pm.  Students are permitted to go during their lunches.  No passes will be distributed for this.  There will be a donation of $2.00.

    Monday will be "Green" day. We will be celebrating Earth Day.  Proceeds go to the senior class.  Non-ripped jeans will be allowed but no athletic wear.  A $2.00 donation is required.

    There will be a SADD meeting in Mrs. Mackes' room after school on Mon., April 23.

    There will be a sophomore class meeting Tues., April 24 in Mrs. Phillips room until 3:30pm.
