Important Announcements

  • Important Scheduling Information and Dates for the Class of 2024! 

    January 16th - The High School Principals will present to the 8th grade class during the Middle School to High School Transition Meeting. 

    January 22nd - Scheduling Night at the High School from 6pm - 8pm for middle school students and parents. 
     
    January 23rd - High School Department Heads will speak with 8th grade students during 5th & 6th period about courses and electives they can choose when scheduling.
     
    January 28th - High School Guidance Counselors will be here to discuss courses, answer questions, and help 8th graders schedule courses on HAC.

  • Homework Policy: Please remember if your child is absent and you would like to request homework, please contact the main office to make a homework request.

  • Are you interested in seeing over three hundred of the top career and technical students from 4 of our local counties, demonstrate their skills in thirty two technical competitions? If so, please join us in attending the District 11 SkillsUSA Championships on Wednesday, January 29th . A box lunch will be provided.  If you are interested please pick up an application in the guidance office. Applications are due back no later than Monday, January 6th, with no exceptions.

PVMS PTO

  • The PVMS PTO is hosting monthly dress down days where students and staff are invited to wear a specific color shirt and jeans each month. On these dress down days each participate is asked to pay $1.00.  The proceeds, from this fundrasier, will rotate between supporting PVMS PTO and Families in Need.

  • PVMS PTO is collecting Shoprite receipts, Weis receipts, and BoxTops of participating products. Shoprite offers an electronic way to participate with BoxTops.  You just need to register your Price Plus Card on shopriteformyschool.com and then start shopping.

Club Announcements

  • The Ecology Club is proud to announce that 8th grade student Kaya Maciejewski, from Mr. Anderton’s homeroom, placed 3rd statewide in her age group for the Spotted Lanternfly Calendar Contest. The calendar is from the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture to raise awareness about the Spotted Lanternfly problem. Her picture will be in the calendar for December 2020. Great job Kaya!
