Hello!  My name is Jillian Hansen.  I am the current kindergarten school counselor here at PVE.  I have been a part of the PV community my entire life and am excited to begin my third year as a Bear.  I previously worked as a school counselor for the East Stroudsburg Area School District for four years.

I received my B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware, followed by a Masters of Education in School Counseling, grades K-12 from Wilmington University.  I also acquired my Behavioral Specialist License through the Pennsylvania State Board of Medicine.  Prior to working in the school system, I was in the mental health field for five years.     

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and sons, running, reading, and many outdoor activities.  I am looking forward to working with you and your children!
