• PVE S.A.P. Team

    What is S.A.P.?

    A student assistance program staffed by specially trained PVE school personnel who work together to identify students who have barriers to their learning.  We develop support plans to help these students and their families to access resources in the school and community for reasons including:

    •        Mental health

    •        Peer issues

    •        Grief/loss

    •        Behavioral problems

    •        Home issues

    •        Socio-economic factors

    •        Learning difficulties

    •        Alcohol, tobacco, and other drug issues

     

     Who Can Refer a Student to our S.A.P.?

    Teachers, school nurses, support staff, parents, school counselors, administrators, community members, and students can make a referral.

     

    PARENT PERMISSION MUST BE OBTAINED IN ORDER FOR A SUPPORT PLAN TO BE DEVELOPED
