2024-2025 Superintendent Evaluation

According to Section 1073.1 of the Pennsylvania School Code, superintendents must be evaluated via an annual performance review using objective performance standards. This evaluation must be posted on the district’s website, and the Board of School Directors will post the date of assessment and whether or not the district superintendent has met performance standards.

The Board of Education completed Dr. James Konrad’s annual performance review using the objective performance standards agreed upon on December 5, 2024. Those goals were published on the District’s public website.

All nine Board Members participated in the evaluation process.  The process was started May 24, 2025 and completed on July 17, 2025.  Dr. Konrad achieved a performance level that met or exceeded our expectations.

All nine Board Members completed Dr. Rae Lin Howard's evaluation for 2024-2025 school year on July 17, 2025.  Dr. Howard achieved a performance level that met or exceeded our expectations.
