I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Penn State University; a Master's Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Appalachian State University and an Elementary School Counseling Certification from The University of Scranton.
Ms. Laura Tomeo
Hello. My name is Mrs. Tomeo and I am one of the elementary school counselors at Pleasant Valley Elementary. I have been in the district for 17 years and have worked at all of the elementary buildings at one time or another (Chestnuthill, Eldred, Polk, and PVE). During my time in the district, I also held the positions of Instructional Support Teacher and Enrichment Teacher. Presently, I am the counselor for 2nd grade for the 2022-2023 school year.
