Attention Staff - SchoolDude for Technology has CHANGED
Looking to improve our current IT support ticketing, we are excited to introduce our new support ticketing program called One-to-One Plus (1t1). This upgrade will help streamline information to the PV Tech Department to better support you and your classroom.
Please see the following screenshots to guide you through placing a work order:
Please go to: One-to-One Plus and click "Sign in with Google"
Please input your email address and login in (if you are already logged into your Gmail, you will simply need to click your account to login.) You can now select the type of issue you are having:
Select Technology Support Ticket and fill out the following fields:
Submit the ticket and wait for a technician to contact you. Please note, this is a new system and if there are any issues please contact us at X4040 so we can correct it. Thanks!
